TechTalk: Indy Car Grand Prix Prep

The NTT INDYCAR SERIES Championship Weekend makes its highly anticipated return to WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca for the 2026 Season Finale, taking place September 4–6, 2026. Join us to learn how to capture action shots and convey motion. We plan to leave Friday AM and return after the race Sunday night. The drive is 5 to 6 hours, depending on traffic. The stage is set for a thrilling conclusion to the 17-race season, as the world’s best open-wheel drivers battle for championship glory on one of the most iconic circuits in North America.

We will present materials and discuss each of the following topics: transportation, hotels, the venue, the shooting location, and the shooting scenarios for capturing cars in motion. Discussion on walking, what to bring, how much to carry, and some things not to do.
